What to Expect
While participating in the 4-week CraveBusters Group Programme guided by experienced facilitators, you will bring trigger foods in order to work with your specific cravings to each 2 hour session. Between sessions you will test your results so far, and continue to use the process for yourself following easy instructions. No matter what you crave - sweets, pizza, milkshakes, fries, energy drinks... this programme can reduce your cravings! It's easy, effective and fun, and most people will experience lasting results from the first session. As everyone is different we cannot guarantee specific results for individuals, and results for individual participants may vary. Research has shown that participants can expect significant decrease in cravings over the 4 week program and effortless gradual weight loss, without any additional lifestyle changes, over the six months following the program.
